  I deal with all of the Directors and staff both on behalf of my clients, and also my family's own personal and professional tax affairs. Enrico and team are honest, open, approachable and professional. They care about their clients and they have a fantastic team. To have such a great team is testament to how Enrico, Phil C and Phil N run their business. I recommend many of my bookkeeping clients to Optima and they have all been over the moon with the support they have received.

  I have been working for Optima Partners for 4 years now. I cant speak more highly of the partners, managers and staff here. They have been the most caring employers i have had in my working life. The Partners, Phil Carulli, Enrico De Pietro and Phil Nolis have taken it upon themselves to really get to know their staff and clients. Coral, the business manager works well with the partners in encouraging Optima Partners staff to give their best.   Simple put, I AM HOPELESS with all things relating to finances associated with my business. The team at Optima are easily world class experts in the knowledge associated with their business, although it is the extra things they do that puts them above most others. There has been times when I needed them to repeatively explain in simple, easy to understand terms the strategies they are suggesting and over the 10 years I have been with them they have always spent the time that I have required. There has to be significant trust and understanding between people when handling money and their futures, this is why I remain (and recommend) Optima Partners.
