I decided I wanted to work with the A-team. After meeting Sasha the CEO face to face. Really liked the fact I was not pressured into proceeding either way. The A-team was patience and made sure I had a full understanding of how they could help us achieve our investments goals. As we already had started a Property portfolio, provided free advice and guidance on our situation even before we decided to proceed. Genuinely wanted to help whether we did business together or not. Formed a relationship/friendship instead of your everyday sales pitch. Then 3 months later we did our first property with A-team then 9 more investments with them after that. I highly recommend their services :)
Once we shared our investment goals with The A Team they came back with a step-by-step plan to help us achieve our goals. This was a very streamlined process that helped to make what is a very significant and often complex decision, very simple and straight forward. My partner and I work long hours and have just welcomed our first baby into the world, so we appreciated the time that we saved through utilising the services of The A Team. Thanks to the A Team for allowing me to enter the market sooner than I realized. I've been to a few Property Investing seminars and learned from all of them, but at the end of the day, the A Team was the most organized and professional group. Their Joint Venture option also allowed me to enter the market much quicker. I was impressed with their team atmosphere and their ability to answer my questions easily and without any pressure. I also liked the graphs and data I was sent showing the transparency of all the expenses leading to a profit. As I run my own business my time is limited.
